Thomas Jude

League Street welcomed it's 2nd new baby of 2009 with the birth of Thomas Jude on July 2nd. Our neighbors, Bonnie & Gabe, are the proud and happy parents of this little guy, soon to be best buds with our little Luke.  We are so happy for you guys and can't wait to watch him grow!

Jacki & Dan

Jacki & Dan's wedding was on the Summer Solstice. The longest day of the year is a day everyone thinks will be full of sun until late in the evening, however, this was not the case this year! Everyone's spirits were up despite the rain and clouds.  Jacki looked truly stunning and she and Dan had a great evening.  Can't wait to see you both when you get back from your honeymoon!

 

  

The McCollums

As a big thank you to the McCollum Family I did a quick family photo session at Goldstar Park last week.   Brittany was a great support to me following the birth of Luke.  She and I met a couple of years ago when Olive & her son Judah were babies at our local South Philly Mom's Group.  We regualarly bump into each other and hang out on the streets and parks of our neighborhood.   As well as being a certified breastfeeding counseler, Brittany's birth support service Blossoming Bellies offers doula support and birthing classes.  Luke and I had a rough start nursing and she kindly came over to offer encouragment and suggestions. It's funny how the littlest tips and tricks can put a new mom at ease.  I would highly recommend her services to any of you pregnant mamas out there! ~Sara
